Who is Wes Opal?

Wes Opal is a singer, songwriter, and producer from South FL, living in Seattle.

My taste in music ranging from legacy artists like Bill Withers, R Kelly, and Sade to more current artists such as The Weeknd, Brent Faiyaz, and Chase Atlantic is reflected in my sound. My Mexican and Irish heritage, coupled with my tropical upbringing play a role in the music I make as well. Sometimes you'll hear songs that are darker and more in the vein of R&B. Other times you'll hear more dance centric, latin and tropical inspired songs. I just make the music that I want to hear.

I believe music is a mood altering drug and the right song at the right time can set a mood, make a core memory, or even save a life.
